Real estate developer Panattoni has secured planning consent to speculatively develop two new warehouses as part of a 200,000ft² logistics scheme in Manor Royal.
The larger facility will be 134,012ft² and will be joined by a smaller 65,660ft² facility. They will be built on a 10-acre brownfield site opposite Astral Towers. Construction is set to begin in late September and is expected to reach practical completion in Q4 2024.
