Gatwick Diamond Business Confirmed as Associate Partner Supporting Region’s Largest Ever UKREiiF Delegation

Gatwick Diamond Business, through its inward investment arm Invest Gatwick Diamond, has confirmed it will act as Associate Partner in support of London Gatwick Airport’s sponsorship of the region’s largest-ever delegation to UKREiiF 2026, leading the largest Gatwick region delegation to date.

The organisation will work alongside Gatwick Airport to coordinate and lead a unified public and private sector presence at the UK Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) in Leeds from 19th to 21st May 2026. The delegation will promote the Gatwick Region and the Gatwick Region Airport Economic Zone as a defined economic area for investment and development.

As Associate Partner, Invest Gatwick Diamond will support Gatwick Airport’s headline sponsorship of the regional presence, positioning the Gatwick Region as a connected economic geography centred on the airport. The 2026 delegation is expected to include local authorities, developers, investors and professional services firms from across the region, representing the largest collective presence since the initiative began.

Sally Brown, Managing Director of Gatwick Diamond Business, said: “It’s great to see the region coming together again with a clear and coordinated presence at UKREiiF. When we speak with one voice about the strengths of the Gatwick Region, it makes a real difference in how we are understood by investors and partners.

“For our business members, this is about creating the right environment for growth, jobs and long-term investment. Being part of the largest delegation to date shows the level of commitment across the region to working collaboratively and turning opportunity into delivery.”

Brett North, Executive Director of Gatwick Diamond Business, said: “We are pleased to confirm our role as Associate Partner supporting Gatwick Airport’s sponsorship of the regional delegation to UKREiiF 2026. Leading the largest delegation to date shows how far we have come in presenting a single, clear proposition for the Gatwick Region.

“UKREiiF gives us the chance to sit down with investors and developers face-to-face and set out exactly what this region offers. By working alongside Gatwick Airport and our partners, we are making it easier for people to see the scale of opportunity across the Gatwick Region and the Gatwick Region Airport Economic Zone.”

The Gatwick Region’s presence at UKREiiF forms part of ongoing work to promote the Gatwick Region Airport Economic Zone as a coordinated investment location. The Gatwick Region Airport Economic Zone framework brings together commercial sites, infrastructure assets and employment locations across local authority boundaries under a shared identity aligned with the economic influence of Gatwick Airport.

UKREiiF provides a national platform for local authorities and private sector partners to engage with institutional investors, developers and government representatives. The Gatwick delegation will use the 2026 forum to present development opportunities, infrastructure priorities and regeneration projects within the Gatwick Region.

Brett North added: “We have seen the value of presenting one regional voice at UKREiiF over the past two years. The scale of the 2026 delegation reflects growing alignment across the public and private sectors. Our focus now is on ensuring that the conversations we start in Leeds translate into long-term investment and delivery across the Gatwick Region.”
