Invest Gatwick Diamond and the All-Party Parliamentary Group for the Southeast and Gatwick Diamond Growth Gateway will deliver a joint session on future development activity at the South East Construction Expo on 30 April 2026.
The one-hour presentation will take place from 2:00pm to 3:00pm at the Amex Stadium in Brighton as part of the South East Construction Expo programme. The session will focus on identifying where the next phase of development is expected across the South East of England.
The event, which runs from 9:00am to 4:00pm, brings together contractors, developers, consultants and public sector representatives, with more than 150 exhibitors and a series of seminars scheduled throughout the day.
Invest Gatwick Diamond chairman Brett North said: “We’re seeing real momentum building across the region, and this session is a chance to lay out where projects are actually moving forward and what that means for businesses on the ground.”
The joint session will be delivered in partnership with the All-Party Parliamentary Group for the Southeast and Gatwick Diamond Growth Gateway, which works with industry and local authorities to highlight economic priorities and infrastructure requirements across the Gatwick Diamond and wider South East region.
The discussion will examine planned developments linked to transport infrastructure, commercial property and housing delivery, alongside the role of the Gatwick area as an economic corridor between London and the South Coast.
A member of the APPG said: “There’s a lot happening, but not everyone has a clear picture of where the opportunities are. This session is about putting that map together and making it easier for people to see where they can get involved.”
The South East Construction Expo will also include a “Meet the Buyer” programme, live demonstrations and an evening awards event at the same venue, with registration required for attendance.
