Developers Muse, in partnership with West Sussex County Council, have announced a new mixed-use development in Larksfield Place, formerly HOrsham Enterprise Park. Planning for 260 homes was submitted in January this year and up to 230,000 sq ft of workspace is now available over five buildings. The workspace is being marketed through Savils and Vail Williams.
