Nestlé , based in the Gatwick Diamond, has launched a range of plant-based alternatives to white fish to deliver more options for consumers. The products which are certified vegan, include alternatives to breaded fish fillets, nuggets, and fingers, and look to offer a taste and texture close to white fish. In Europe, under the Garden Gourmet brand, Nestlé will launch a marine-style crispy fillet and nuggets made with wheat and pea protein that are low in saturated fat and high in protein.
