Local Authority Building Control (LABC) is the membership organisation that works on behalf of local authorities, providing the voice of public service building control to various government departments and industry partners.
LABC provides public sector building control with technical guidance, accredited education, performance standards and validation assessments for 3,500 surveyors and technicians working for Councils across England and Wales.
Through government funding, in response to new responsibilities brought about by the Building Safety Act, LABC is recruiting the next generation of of professionals through its Academy. Opportunities are available across the Gatwick Diamond, including Mid-Sussex and Surrey.
