A a technical fault with the Planning Inspectorate’s DCO website meant users were unable to make submissions on the final day of the Gatwick Northern Runway submission period, which was due to end at 23:59 on Sunday 29 October.
The fault has been resolved and, as a result of the premature closure, the Planning Inspectorate has extended the consultation period for submissions until 23:59 on Sunday 19 November.
Any individual or business representation that submitted a representation via email due to the website fault should now resubmit via the online form in order for it to be valid.
Anyone who has submitted a representation online does not need to resubmit unless the Planning Inspectorate has contacted you directly.
