The University of Brighton has been ranked the number one university in Europe by international students in the EduOpinions 2026 International Student Ranking.
Brighton topped the list with an overall rating of 4.86 out of 5, placing it ahead of leading global institutions including the University of Cambridge and University of Oxford.
The ranking is based exclusively on verified reviews submitted by international students and graduates, offering a snapshot of how universities are experienced by students studying abroad. The results highlight Brighton’s engaging teaching, supportive learning environment and strong sense of academic community.
