The latest Graduate Outcomes figures place the university’s Nursing and Midwifery courses 1st in the UK for highly skilled employment, with 100% of employed graduates progressing into highly skilled roles. The results underline Brighton’s important role in training professionals who go on to support patients, communities and healthcare services across Brighton, Sussex and beyond.
The university also achieved outstanding results in Pharmacology, Toxicology and Pharmacy, where 96.4% of employed graduates were in highly skilled roles, ranking the subject 1st in the South East and 4th nationally.
Together, the results highlight Brighton’s significant contribution to developing the skilled healthcare professionals needed by the NHS and wider health sector, at a time when building and sustaining the future workforce remains a national priority.
