Due to the success of it’s first Equality & Diversity workshop last month, the University of Chichester will run a second event ‘Challenging EDI Perceptions: A Journey, Not a Prescription’ on the 2nd April, at the Holiday Inn Gatwick.
Paula Jenkins and Dr. Jordan Matthews from the University will present an interactive session, inviting the audience on a journey, offering valuable insights for those who may be sceptical of EDI as well as those looking to engage and support sceptical teams. With their combined expertise in HR, leadership, and organisational culture, Paula and Jordan will provide a research-backed, practical discussion on how to navigate EDI challenges in the workplace.
